WORLD does not pay a living

Read this before you spend crypto, post about WORLD, or tell anyone they can “earn” here. This disclaimer is part of the contract. It exists so marketing and play are not mistaken for income, investing, or a job.

1. No earnings, no wage, no yield

• WORLD is a game. It is not a job, gig-economy platform, investment club, DAO cash-out, or business-opportunity scheme.
• Nothing in WORLD is a promise of profit, salary, return, dividend, or passive income.
• Displayed pay, rent, tax, “liquid WORLD” on the board, and past tickets are game numbers. They are not forecasts.
• You will not receive legal tender, bank transfers, PayPal, or live-network crypto from us as a reward for play.

2. WORLD has no cash value

In-game WORLD cannot be withdrawn, sold to us, or redeemed for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana or cash. If you stop playing, your balance is worth nothing outside the game. We may rebalance, cap, tax, pause or wipe WORLD as part of running the sim.

3. Crypto you send can be lost

If you use the cashier, you spend real Bitcoin, Ethereum or Solana to buy a digital game good. That spend is gone from your wallet when the chain confirms. Coin prices move. A ticket quoted in USD can feel more expensive in coin terms a minute later. We do not hedge you. We do not reimburse market moves, wrong-network transfers, or amounts that do not match the ticket.

4. Jobs and sponsors are not employment

Shifts mint capped WORLD on a server timer. They are not work for Digital Reality Studio and they create no employment, contractor or minimum-wage relationship. Sponsor surveys and partner tasks may pay the house in USD off-platform. You receive a smaller WORLD rebate. That rebate is not a commission you can cash.

5. What you may not say when you market WORLD

If you stream, post, or run ads about WORLD — including as an affiliate or friend — you must not claim that players earn money, get rich, replace a salary, or withdraw crypto. You must not use “guaranteed”, “risk-free”, “passive income”, “investment” or similar about WORLD. You must not show cashier deposits as if they were profits. You should link to these Terms, Privacy Policy and this Disclaimer. Danish and EU marketing law prohibit misleading commercial practices; this section is how we expect WORLD to be described.

• Allowed: “a city life-sim”, “buy in-game WORLD with BTC/ETH/SOL, one-way”, “not withdrawable”.
• Not allowed: “play-to-earn cash”, “ROI”, “salary from shifts”, “get your Bitcoin back”, “financial freedom”.

6. Not advice

Nothing on WORLD is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Crypto-assets are volatile and can go to zero. Only send value you can afford to lose entirely on entertainment.

7. Economy can change

Job pay, caps, taxes, rents, NPC shares and cashier quotes are operator-controlled. A screenshot from last week is not a right this week. Events, recessions and housing crises are game systems, not market commentary you should trade on.
